11. Accounts

11.1 In order to purchase Goods on this Web Site you are required to create an Account which will contain certain personal details and Payment Information By continuing to use this Web Site you represent and warrant that:

11.1.2 you have permission to submit Payment Information where permission may be required; and

12. Termination and Cancellation

12.1 Either e2watches.co.uk or you may terminate your Account. If e2watches.co.uk terminates your Account, you will be notified by email and an explanation for the termination will be provided. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.

12.2 If e2watches.co.uk terminates your Account, any current or pending purchases on your Account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.

12.3 e2watches.co.uk reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons prior to dispatch.

12.4 If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

12.5 e2watches.co.uk will not be liable for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

12.6 If you terminate your Account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.

13.Goods, Pricing and Availability

13.1 Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of Goods available from e2watches.co.uk correspond to the actual Goods, e2watches.co.uk is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Goods, not different Goods altogether. 13.5 In the event that prices are changed during the period between an order being placed for Goods and e2watches.co.uk processing that order and taking payment, you will be contacted prior to your order being processed with details of the new price;

14. Delivery

14.1 e2watches.co.uk does not always hold stock of Goods. We may have to instruct our suppliers from time to time to ship Goods directly to our customers. To acheive this we will forward your name and address to our suppliers directly via email, telephone or by communicating via ebay or PayPal. By ordering from e2watches.co.uk, you give us consent to use your details as stated in this paragraph.

14.2 We will notify you by way of email after your Goods have been dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

14.3 If e2watches.co.uk receives no communication from you, within 3 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.

15. Returns Policy

e2watches.co.uk aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.

15.1 If you receive Goods that are, different from those that you ordered, missing/short from an order, or have faults and/or are damaged including damages in transit and packing errors, you must contact us immediately within 48 hours by emailing us on sales@e2watches.co.uk . We only accept faulty Goods for up to 7 days of receipt of Goods in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Claims will not be accepted otherwise. This also applies when the goods being bought are to be gifts or consequently sold on again. e2watches.co.uk shall not responsible for paying shipment costs.

15.2 You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. If you change your mind about the Goods, they must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work.

15.3 Refunds and replacements will only be issued upon our receipt and inspection of the returned Goods and may take up to 30 days to process.

15.4 You are responsible for paying shipment costs, incurred by you when receiving and returning Goods, if Goods are returned. You should return Goods via recorded delivery.

15.5 A 25% restocking charge of order value (a minimum of £25) will apply to Goods returned for a refund. The remaining amount as a refund for the Goods will be made to you, less the original delivery charge, within 30 days.

16. Warranty

16.1 All of the Goods we sell are 100% genuine and brand new, and come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty, which is backed by our warranty for 2 years, from date of purchase. Please be advised that we are not 'Authorised Dealers' of any Goods we sell online, as defined by the manufacturer.

16.2 The warranty is only valid if the Goods have malfunction resulting from manufacturers defect. It excludes bracelets, strap, crystals, diamonds and batteries. It does not cover negligence, error and recklessness on the part of the user, nor does it cover wear and tear.

16.3 The warranty will also be void if the Goods have been opened, repaired, altered by anyone other than e2watches.co.uk .

16.4 You must report the fault to us as soon as it is identified, within 2 years from date of purchase by emailing us on sales@e2watches.co.uk.

17. Cancellation of Orders

If you cancel your order before we dispatch any Goods, we reserve the right to deduct 5% off of the total purchase price to cover our transaction costs incurred when you placed your order. This cost will be applied to the refund irrespective of whether the goods are shipped or not.
