Exchange and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the unused product for exchange or to obtain a refund, you must email us your notice of cancellation of contract within 7 working days of delivery to sales@e2watches.co.uk. We will reply to your email and issue a unique Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number with our dedicated returns address. Goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt of your RMA number.

We will only accept returned product if it is in original, new and unaltered condition with packaging, protective seals and tag intact. We only sell brand new unworn watches and therefore it is imperative that you keep watch in original condition, unless you decided to keep your purchase.

If product received by customer is not the one ordered or if it is faulty or damaged when delivered

We recommend that you return goods by appropriately insured Royal Mail Special Delivery and enclose a note inside the parcel with RMA number. Customers will be liable to pay postage costs incurred when returning goods, unless goods are delivered faulty. Goods can only be returned to our dedicated returns address.

Refund can take up to 30 days to process.

We cannot exchange or issue refund where product has been personalised according to customers requirement (e.g. resized, engraved etc.)

Our returns and exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
