If you receive Goods that are, different from those that you ordered, missing/short from an order, or have faults and/or are damaged including damages in transit and packing errors, you must contact us immediately within 48 hours by emailing us on sales@e2watches.co.uk . We only accept faulty Goods for up to 7 days of receipt of Goods in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Claims will not be accepted otherwise. Also note that e2watches.co.uk is not responsible for paying shipment costs.
If you change your mind about the Goods, they must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work.
Refunds and replacements will only be issued upon our receipt and inspection of the returned Goods and may take up to 30 days to process.
You are responsible for paying shipment costs, incurred by you when receiving and returning Goods, if Goods are returned. You should return Goods via recorded delivery.
A 25% restocking charge of order value (a minimum of £25) will apply to Goods returned for a refund. The remaining amount as a refund for the Goods will be made to you, less the original delivery charge, within 30 days.
