How do I checkout?

To buy a watch, click on Add to Cart icon. On the next page, simply click on the checkout icon. You will be asked to register with us, which is fast and easy. Once you have registered you will be able complete your order and pay us using the payment link on our website.

How I pay you?

We accept online payments using Google Checkout or PayPal.

 

In which currency do you accept the payments?

At the moment, we accept payments in GBP only.

 

Where can I find my Invoice?

Your invoice will be stored in your www.e2watches.co.uk account that you have with us online. You could download and print a copy of your invoice by simply logging in. Once you are in your account, go to My Orders, where you will find the invoice. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions at all.

Are there any hidden charges?

No we do not incur any hidden charges.

 

What should I do if I paid you twice?

Don’t worry, just drop us an email with full details of both transactions. We will investigate the matter and refund you the extra amount you paid.

Do you sell genuine / authentic watches?

Yes certainly. All the watches we sell are genuine.

 

Is the warranty booklet or card stamped?

No. This is because we are not authorised dealers / retailers of manufacturers. This enables us to sell watches at substantial discounts.

 

Do you offer product warranty?

All of the watches we sell are 100% genuine and brand new, and come with a 2 Year Manufacturer's Movement Warranty. However if you are unable to use Manufacturer's Warranty, watch you buy from us will still be covered under our 2 Year Movement Warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

The warranty is only valid if the watch has malfunction resulting from manufacturers defect. It excludes bracelets, strap and batteries. Also it does not cover negligence, error and recklessness on the part of the user, nor does it cover wear and tear.

The warranty will also be void if the watch has been opened, repaired, altered by anyone other than e2watches.co.uk or our authorised repairers.

You must report the fault to us as soon as it is identified, within 2 years from date of purchase by emailing us on sales@e2watches.co.uk along with watch name and model number, your full name, your complete address where the item was shipped and the date of purchase.

Although we are not 'Authorised Dealers' of watches we sell, you can still be assured to have a 2 year warranty attached to the watch you purchase from us, on the terms stated above.

What is your returns policy?

1. If you receive Goods that are, different from those that you ordered, missing/short from an order, or have faults and/or are damaged including damages in transit and packing errors, you must contact us immediately within 48 hours by emailing us on sales@e2watches.co.uk . We only accept faulty Goods for up to 7 days of receipt of Goods in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Claims will not be accepted otherwise. Also note that e2watches.co.uk is not responsible for paying shipment costs.

2. If you change your mind about the Goods, they must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Goods can only be returned if their packaging remains unopened and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work.

3. Refunds and replacements will only be issued upon our receipt and inspection of the returned Goods and may take up to 30 days to process.

4. You are responsible for paying shipment costs, incurred by you when receiving and returning Goods, if Goods are returned. You should return Goods via recorded delivery.

5. A 25% restocking charge of order value (a minimum of £25) will apply to Goods returned for a refund. The remaining amount as a refund for the Goods will be made to you, less the original delivery charge, within 30 days.

What is your shipping policy and how much do your charge?

As we are an e-commerce business, we unfortunately do not offer a collection service. However, if payment is received before 12 noon, it is likely that your order will be dispatched between 3 to 5 working day. If you need an urgent delivery, please contact us before placing an order. We may sometimes be able to dispatch orders quickly. We ship items via a "Recorded Signed For Service". We will only ship item to an address confirmed by Google Checkout. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is in to accept the package, the couriers should leave a card stating that they attempted a delivery. You can contact them and arrange a redelivery or collect the package from your nearest depot.
